It's tailored for those who desire a comprehensive understanding of their project, well beyond the conceptual stage. We focus on developing your chosen concept into accurate working drawings, applying zoning, building codes, and other regulations. With additional client meetings, rounds of revisions, and detailed 3D renderings, the Adventurer offers a blueprint for turning your vision into reality.

  • Everything from the Explorer package, including the two initial client meetings

  • Two additional client meetings for design development

  • Detailed development of chosen concept into working drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, and footings (foundations)

  • Window & Door Schedules

  • Application of zoning, building codes, and other relevant regulations

  • Three rounds of revisions on detailed drawings to ensure accuracy and satisfaction

  • Two interior and two exterior 3D renderings for a more detailed visualization of the proposed spaces​

  • The Explorer package is priced at $20-$30/sf 

  • Final price depends on project location, complexity and other variables. 

  • Extra revisions beyond the included are charged at $750 per revision.
